❖ Flights cannot be canceled by our company due to technical malfunctions/bad weather conditions etc. In case of cancellation due to force majeure reasons, a 100% refund is given.

❖ Depending on the availability of both parties, the reservation can be transferred to the next flight.

❖ If guests cannot join the flight due to compulsory reasons such as illness, a 100% refund is given if they receive a report from an authorized health institution for that day.

❖ For cancellations notified 24 hours before the flight, a 100% refund is given.

❖ For cancellations notified 23 hours before the flight, a no-show procedure is applied and no refunds will be made.

❖ If guests cannot join the flight for any reason (except health conditions), a no-show procedure is applied.

A €100 prepayment is required for your flight reservation. You can pay at our office or we can send our driver to your hotel.
